1999
First residential projects in Sainte-Adèle, Lachine and Dollard-des-Ormeaux. A hundred units delivered before the year 2000, and an APCHQ membership that has never wavered since.
2005
Place du Parc and La Volière in Saint-Jérôme, De la Seigneurie Dumont in Lachine. Three projects carried out at once, in Montreal and in the Laurentians.
2007
In Vaudreuil-Dorion, our largest project to date. A complete residential development that shows our ability to carry out major work sites from the first plan to the last key.
2015
Le Hennessy is a residential project of 24 townhouses located on rue Hennessy in the Chomedey neighbourhood of Laval
2021
Launch of Cité de la Gare Sainte-Rose, turnkey townhouses near the commuter train. The project is 100% complete and all 45 units have been sold.

Townhouses, semi-detached and single-family homes brought together on one site in Boisbriand. Our current project, turnkey, in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods on the North Shore.
