The CSSMI territory notably covers Blainville, Bois-des-Filion, Lorraine, Rosem\u00e8re, Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se and Saint-Eustache, in addition to Boisbriand.<\/p>\n\n An important point for a buyer: the assigned elementary school depends on the exact address<\/strong>, not on the neighbourhood in the broad sense. It also houses ice surfaces, a specialized shop and sports physiotherapy services. For a family with kids in hockey, it is a concrete argument.<\/p>\n\n Parc du Domaine Vert<\/strong>, in Mirabel, is less than ten minutes away. Exit 23 serves the southern residential sector. To downtown Montreal, allow 35 to 55 minutes depending on the time, with the usual slowdowns at the M\u00e9d\u00e9ric-Martin bridge in the morning rush.<\/p>\n\n By train.<\/strong> Let\u2019s be clear: Boisbriand has no commuter train station.<\/strong> The closest stations are Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se<\/strong> and Rosem\u00e8re<\/strong>, on exo line 12 (Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me). From Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se, the trip to Lucien-L\u2019Allier station takes about an hour. Both stations offer park-and-ride lots.<\/p>\n\n By bus.<\/strong> Exo\u2019s Laurentides sector serves the city, notably with routes 240 and 241 (Boisbriand Nord and Boisbriand Sud), connected to the Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se station hub. Local service is functional, but is designed to complement the car rather than replace it.
